Your wedding day should be all about love, laughter, and living in the moment — not stressing about logistics. That’s why we take care of everything so you can truly enjoy your day.

1. Table setup- Walk into a perfectly styled space that feels like you, without lifting a finger. From linens to napkins, silverware to glassware, and more- its all prepared before you arrive.

2. Cleanup – When the night ends, you head off as newlyweds — we handle the rest, down to the last champagne glass.

3. Weather plan – Rain or shine, we’ve got you covered (literally!). Our venue has indoor and outdoor options to keep your day beautiful and stress-free.

4. Guest Comfort- We handle seating, temperature, parking, and accessibility — no carrying chairs from one location to another-so everyone can relax and enjoy.

5. Catering – Starting with appetizers into your delicious dinner, we handle every detail. We have a handcrafted catering menu for you to choose from. Wants something different? that’s okay- we allow outside catering from any licensed and insured company.

6.  Decorating the Venue- Our in-house design team brings your vision to life with elegant décor, signage, and table settings directly from our elaborate rental rooms. We can provide it all, or enhance what you bring in by adding little details. If you choose to bring in your own decor, we will assist you with setting it up!

7. Accessibility- Our ADA accessible venue has NO stairs, but we have large walkways, making it easy for all guests to move around with ease.

8. Staffing- Cheers! Our professional servers and bartenders take care of your every need. Our professionally trained staff refills water through the evening, white serving your food, and collecting all dirty items from the table in a prompt matter.

9. Multi-wedding-day-disasters- I think not! We only allow ONE wedding per day at our venue. We don’t like the idea of rushing you and your guests around to accommodate for another wedding.

What an amazing wedding! Megan and Cody had the beautiful wedding after planning long distance for months! Moonlight Events was honored to help with so many intercut details of their special day. Moonlight Events provided their venue and full catering menu. This awesome couple chose our tiered charcuterie table followed by the taco bar! Our inhouse rental company was able to provide all of their decor from the arch, to centerpieces, to welcome signs, and more. Every detail was thought of! Megan and Cody also used two of our amazing recommendations- DJ Larry and Photography by Lumi! They always show up giving 1000%. With great vendors comes great teamwork to make a wedding day smooth and stress free!

Congratulations to this beautiful couple! Now THIS was a fun wedding! The couple and their bridal party took every moment they had to laugh, dance, party with their families. The couple enjoyed our super fun champagne wall along side two of our catering options. Giving your guests variety is awesome! They chose the baked potato bar for one line and the taco bar for their other! This wedding was photographed by Holly Simonson and she did a beautiful job capturing all the loves and smiles throughout the evening!

Congratulations to one of our beautiful Moonlight Event couples! These two chose to utilize our Forever all inclusive package and were SOO happy about it! As we hand selected their venue rentals, photographer, florist, cake, and delicious meal- we removed MANY stressful factors that can come from a wedding! This God loving couple had a beautiful ceremony where they incorporated the tying of three ropes on a cross. This symbolized their love for each other, and God! They danced the night away after many heartfelt toasts and a delicious meal from our inhouse catering team!

Moonlight Events Giveaway Wedding That Made Dreams Come True

2020 was a whirlwind of a year that no one expected. After experiencing dozens of couples postpone, cancel and completely change all of their exciting weddings plans, we knew there was something we needed to do! We decided to partner with some amazing vendors to offer a completely free wedding to one amazing couple. We partnered with two photographers- Barctone Photography and ( (https://www.barcstonephotography.com. ) Lumi (https://www.photographybylumi.com. )They truly outdid themselves with the bright and beautiful photos they provided the couples! Moonlight Events had the amazing pleasure of designing and decorating the entire wedding. The winning couple gave us full creative freedom with all design elements. After changing our mind about 20 times to find the PERFECT color match, we decided on emerald green and burnt orange. It was STUNNING! Clark County Floral (https://www.clarkcountyfloralweddings.com. ) did an exceptional job bringing our vision to life with the massive pampas grass centerpieces and arch pieces! Morgan Jewelers (https://www.morganjewelers.com. ) was kind enough to donate the grooms ring from their amazing collection! The wedding was perfect in every way, full of love, laughs, and tons of dancing! Moonlight Events created a delicious baked potato bar that everyone loved! We also found an amazing artist Chris Vocals that sang to the couple during their first dance together. We think it might be time to do another giveaway wedding here soon!
