Table setup- Walk into a perfectly styled space that feels like you, without lifting a finger. From linens to napkins, silverware to glassware, and more- its all prepared before you arrive.
Cleanup – When the night ends, you head off as newlyweds — we handle the rest, down to the last champagne glass.
Weather plan – Rain or shine, we’ve got you covered (literally!). Our venue has indoor and outdoor options to keep your day beautiful and stress-free.
Guest Comfort- We handle seating, temperature, parking, and accessibility — no carrying chairs from one location to another-so everyone can relax and enjoy.
Catering – Starting with appetizers into your delicious dinner, we handle every detail. We have a handcrafted catering menu for you to choose from. Wants something different? that’s okay- we allow outside catering from any licensed and insured company.
Decorating the Venue- Our in-house design team brings your vision to life with elegant décor, signage, and table settings directly from our elaborate rental rooms. We can provide it all, or enhance what you bring in by adding little details. If you choose to bring in your own decor, we will assist you with setting it up!
Accessibility- Our ADA accessible venue has NO stairs, but we have large walkways, making it easy for all guests to move around with ease.
Staffing- Cheers! Our professional servers and bartenders take care of your every need. Our professionally trained staff refills water through the evening, white serving your food, and collecting all dirty items from the table in a prompt matter.
Multi-wedding-day-disasters- I think not! We only allow ONE wedding per day at our venue. We don’t like the idea of rushing you and your guests around to accommodate for another wedding.
Communication- You choose how we communicate- text, email, or through our wedding portal. We want to add a level of convenience to your day!

What an amazing wedding! Megan and Cody had the beautiful wedding after planning long distance for months! Moonlight Events was honored to help with so many intercut details of their special day. Moonlight Events provided their venue and full catering menu. This awesome couple chose our tiered charcuterie table followed by the taco bar! Our inhouse rental company was able to provide all of their decor from the arch, to centerpieces, to welcome signs, and more. Every detail was thought of! Megan and Cody also used two of our amazing recommendations- DJ Larry and Photography by Lumi! They always show up giving 1000%. With great vendors comes great teamwork to make a wedding day smooth and stress free!
